One of my favourite research organisations is the Hinge Research Institute. I particularly like the studies they do that are exclusive to the accounting and finance industries – it means that when I share new and exciting online marketing research, it’s not generic, it’s relevant to you as an accountant or an accountancy firm.

My next few marketing tips will share some of my thoughts and stories around why this is so important for your accountancy firm, but for today just download the report and scan it through quickly – particularly pages 11 and 12. This is seriously powerful stuff and if you get it right you will be far and away above the other accountancy firms who are still dragging their heels a bit.
