YOUR HUB, THEIR
JOURNEY

BUILT WITH THE BEST CLIENTS IN MIND

SHOW WHO YOU TRULY ARE

Like your brand, your website is not for you: it’s for the people you want to work with. Your website’s job is to draw them through the process which will be best for them, answering their questions and addressing their fears.

Watch this video (1m40secs) to better understand how we combine strategy, content and design to create you a website which shows your ideal audience who you are and how you can help them best.

“What you created was an identity”

“Before you did my website, I had… a website. And it was out there. But what you created was an identity. You led the foundations of who we were and what we wanted to be and what we put out there, and you created a website that really lived those foundations. When I lose my way I go back to my website and look at the colours and the messages and the foundations of who we are as a firm, and it keeps me right. So it’s more than just a website you built for me.”

– Pj Tranter, Force Accounting

Not what you’re used to with website builds

Your website build type depends on where you are in your firm’s journey, and how clear you are on your brand and business model. Typically a smaller or newer firm needs a Core website build, and a more established firm serving a clearly identified audience needs a Client Journey build. Either way, you start with the Foundations Workshop to make sure you choose the site build best suited for your firm.

YOUR INVOLVEMENT IN THE PROCESS

WEBSITE PROJECT GUIDELINES

You like the idea of working with PF on a great website, but you feel concern (or even dread) about the experience. Previous website build experiences took longer than you planned, cost more than you expected, asked more from you than you thought was your job to provide, or you didn’t get the site you wanted. Here’s how we make sure your website is a success.

What exactly is included?

Every website we build is custom to your accountancy firm and so your website project may look different to someone else depending on what you need. As a minimum, every website project includes:

– 5 fully built custom core website pages
– Content and design for each page
– Support package for pre and post-launch
– Regular check-ins with your CMM

Will I need to write my own content and provide my own imagery?

No. Most definitely not. For every website we build, our content team crafts the words and our designers create the pages and source imagery which fits with your brand and message. We will ask for your opinion and collaboration throughout the project, and at times may ask for you to supply images of yourself and your team but we will never ask you to write your own content or source your own images. We take that on as our responsibility as part of the project.

null
How long will it take?

We commit to a website project taking 6 months. In order to build you the best website we can, we must allow time for, and never rush, the strategy sessions, the design brainstorms, the homepage presentation, feedback sessions and then the design of your other pages. Timings will also depend on a couple of things at your end: whether you give us feedback within the agreed timelines; if you reschedule arranged meetings. We will work with you to ensure your project is completed within the timeline you agree with your CMM at the start, and there is responsibility on both our side and yours to keep to that timeline.

What do you need from me?

Nobody knows your firm like you do. You have the knowledge and story behind your business and the ideal client journey you want a visitor to take through your website so you will need to be actively involved and present in your website build. We bring our expert website and marketing knowledge and experience. Together, we’ll make a great team. We’ll need you to live up to the PF values throughout the website build process:

1. Collaboration: You’ll participate in discussions, share ideas and feelings (of all kinds.).

2. Opinion: We don’t want you to simply agree to be agreeable. We want your honest opinion and feedback so we can create the very best website for accounting firm.

3. Transparency: your website project will be an emotional experience. It’s exciting and fun, but it can also be challenging and confusing. We want to create a space where you can share your honest emotions, both positive and negative.

4. Graciousness: You might feel a little frustrated or overwhelmed at times and we want to work through that with you.

5. Positivity: We encourage you to look for the good when dealing with the challenges of a website project.

6. Responsibility: You will take ownership of your website and be actively involved in the process.
