How much of my own time do I need to invest?

There is at least 1 live training session each month, lasting 1-1.5 hours. The more you attend the training sessions, the more you’ll learn and get out of the Lab. It’s a community space so we’d also encourage you to spend time asking questions and sharing your experiences with the other members and the PF team.

How will I be connected to the other Lab members and PF team?

There is a dedicated Slack channel for the Lab so you’ll stay connected with the other members and PF team there. You’ll regularly see people in both the live online and in-person sessions and will be able to connect with others there too.

How do I know if the training sessions will be relevant to me?

All the coaching and training sessions we run are based on what the Lab community shares they want to learn about. It’s about listening to what you need help with and so you’ll have the opportunity to share what areas of marketing, and your business, you need support and advice on.

When do the training and coaching sessions run?

There is at least one training and coaching deep dive session per month and the time of each session varies. We’ll keep you up to date on Slack and by email on all upcoming sessions so you can come along to as many as you want to.

What if I miss a session?

If you can’t make the live session, the recording will be posted in Slack and in your CustomerHub so you can go back and watch it in your own time.

Can I bring a team member with me to a training session?

Your marketing will be more powerful when your team is involved so if you have a team, we recommend you sign up for the team membership option. This means your whole team can come to every session and they will be a part of the Slack community.

How long do I have to join for?

The monthly membership option is monthly rolling so there is no long term commitment for Lab members. You can join whenever you like and stay as long as you need. You can even join a session on its own and then decide on a monthly membership later.
