Strategy Coordinator [Maternity Cover]

The Strategy Coordinator (Maternity Cover) ensures client work progresses smoothly by writing content, coordinating tasks, creating briefs, supporting Strategists, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with strategy. This is an internal, operations-focused role with client interaction as confidence grows.
Full handover, processes, and onboarding support will be provided.
Success is defined as follows:
- Content briefs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
- Project work moves smoothly through Monday.com with minimal blockers.
- Monthly Impact Reports drafted accurately and delivered within a short turnaround time.
- SEO and Quality Control tasks are completed with precision and attention to tone and strategy.
- The PF team feels supported with clear communication and proactive follow-through.
You’ll join our core team and work closely with them to achieve these goals.

Key skills
Essential
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent writing and editing (tone, clarity, grammar).
- Content experience (blogs, web copy, briefs).
- Basic SEO editing skills (keywords, headings, search intent).
- Confident with project management tools (Monday.com or similar).
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable with remote tools (Slack, Google Drive, WordPress, Canva/Figma, Fathom).
You do not need to be an expert in every tool listed; training will be provided.
Preferred (not required):

- Agency or multi-client experience
- Experience using AI tools for drafting or refining content
- Familiarity with professional services or accounting
Tasks & responsibilities
Content Writing, Briefing & Coordination
- Create drafts of blog, web, and newsletter content for clients.
- Create clear, accurate briefs for outsourcers using PF templates.
- Translate strategy into content requirements (tone, goals, SEO).
- Manage review workflow with Strategists, PM, and outsourcers.
- QC (quality check) and edit outsourced drafts for tone, clarity, and accuracy.
Project & Workflow Coordination
- Track all client tasks in Monday.com and move work forward daily.
- Flag blockers early and propose next steps.
- Communicate priorities and updates clearly on Slack.
You will have the authority to update tasks, follow up with outsourcers, and approve small edits. Strategists retain final approval on all deliverables.
Quality Assurance & SEO
- Check all content for grammar, tone, structure, and alignment with the brief.
- Apply light SEO (keywords, headings, titles).
- Escalate technical SEO to specialists.
Monthly Client Reporting
- Gather monthly data for clients (social media numbers, monthly revenue, etc.).
- Draft Impact Reports and submit to Strategists for review.
- Ensure tasks and credits are linked correctly each month.
Team Collaboration
- Join weekly team, Project Manager, and Strategist calls.
- Capture context from Strategist calls and use it to inform briefs for projects.
- Pick up tasks that reduce bottlenecks and keep delivery on track.
Experience required
At least one full year experience in marketing strategy and setting, leading and reaching marketing goals; and/or at least two years experience in content creation.
Preferred but not required: Experience working with accountants, accounting firms, and/or bookkeepers.
Hours
This is a part time role (3 days per week) to start. Opportunities to increase this to full time are available to the right candidate.
Location
Our core team is based in the UK; you will either be in the UK or able to work on UK or USA time zones. This is a remote role, so you can work from locations to suit you, as long as you have solid internet access and can jump on Slack or Zoom video calls at any time.
Travel is not expected for this role but opportunities may become available to the right candidate.
Pay
The full time salary for this role is £45k pa. Your payments will be pro rata based on this salary.
