Rosie Fletcher

Strategy Coordinator

I love being busy, organising, and making things happen. I’m naturally curious about people and the stories behind them because there’s always something interesting to uncover, and that’s often where the best ideas begin. I’m at my best as part of a team, working together, and I enjoy the energy that comes from collaboration, no two days ever being quite the same, and the satisfaction of turning plans into something real.

I’ve spent the last 25 years working across communications, from PR and marketing to internal and external communications. My career started in global brands, where I developed a love for working on strategy design and delivery. More recently, I’ve focused on B2B, which I find far more interesting. It brings a different kind of challenge, where uncovering the right story matters more than simply launching the next shampoo. Alongside this, my passion for people has led me to train as an executive and personal coach, and I’m currently completing my postgraduate studies in this area.

Creativity for me comes from collaboration. I’m at my most creative when I’m working closely with clients and teams, drawing out their stories and shaping them into something meaningful. My best ideas tend to happen in conversation. I really do my best work when I’m bouncing off others. I believe that what makes businesses stand out is the story behind the “why”, and that is what creates impact in marketing and communications.

At PF, I love being part of a team where everyone has a voice and where ideas are built together. I strongly believe that the best work happens when people collaborate openly and bring their different perspectives into the marketing mix.

Outside of work, my two teenagers keep me busy, mostly as a “mum taxi”. I love the moments when they still want to spend time with me, even if those are getting rarer, and I’m always on hand for FaceTime laundry support as they start figuring out adult life. You’ll usually find me walking and chatting with a really good coffee in hand, spending time with my husband and friends, or recovering from a reformer Pilates session that I know I’ll regret until the next one. As my nest gradually empties, I’m looking forward to travelling more and seeing what’s next.

My personal pillars are:

My two core life values are Efficiency and Understanding.
