Marina Pavlovic

I was born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia and spent my formative years in England. I’m currently living in Belgrade, enjoying time with family and warmer weather, but
London will always be my home.

I bring more than 12 years of experience in strategic brand building and marketing
planning, project management and client partnership across a range of industries. I
worked with some of the biggest brands like Apple, Diageo and IKEA, but I’m also
experienced working with smaller brands, especially in the B2B sector. Personally, I’m a highly empathic human that feels other people’s energies and I can create safe and
comfortable environment for people to express their concerns and views.

During my professional and personal development, collaboration, curiosity, and care
were my main drivers. These are the values I live by and you can see them
reflected in my professional interactions and the work I produce. For me, it’s paramount to understand not only one’s personal challenges, but also to understand why these challenges arose and what we can do together to overcome and pre-empt them for the future. I truly believe that brands are formed by value and purpose, driving consistency between the message and the behaviour, and my role was always to be part of the discovery process with the clients, encouraging change and sustainable growth.

Nature helps me understand and appreciate that things take time to develop, that we can strive in any surroundings, and that we can co-exist in harmony regardless of our background. I always try to be surrounded by nature, and given my curious character, I always strive to find new places to see and explore.
