Liz Leaman

I’m the one keeping all the plates spinning behind the scenes – making sure every task is tracked, every deadline agreed (and met!), and every client project moves forward smoothly. Whether it’s a brand project, a website build, or ongoing marketing support, I work closely with our strategists, designers, copywriters, and developers to get things delivered on time and to a high standard.

My background is in operations management, with a career that started in the IT sector and has taken me through housing, software development and, since 2017, marketing – most recently as an operations director. I’m also a part-qualified accountant and I speak French and German. Numbers, languages and communication have always been part of how I connect with people and solve problems.

I thrive on efficiency, organisation, prioritisation, and (let’s be honest) quite a bit of juggling. I’m always looking for ways to improve how we work, and love to delight our clients by getting them what they need, when they need it.

I live in Bristol in the UK and outside work you’ll find me swimming in cold water, exploring new places with family and friends (often looking for Pokémon), at a punk or indie gig with one of my teenagers or playing strategy board games with them. I’m an introvert and parent of four amazing humans aged 15 to 20 – which probably explains why I’m so good at managing multiple moving parts.
