MARKETING  CREDITS

A flexible way to get marketing done – from quick design tasks to asset creation, video, and content.

Access monthly marketing support without scoping a project each time.

Each request uses a set number of credits depending on complexity, turnaround time, and the type of work involved. From quick design tweaks to full lead magnets or marketing strategy work, credits give you a flexible way to keep your marketing moving forward.

HOW MARKETING CREDITS WORK:

Use credits for a wide range of marketing work

From graphics and materials to website updates, SEO improvements, and analytics and more.

Each task uses a set number of credits

Simple tasks may take 1–2 credits, while larger projects such as lead magnets or strategy work may take more.

One credit = US$150

The value of a credit represents the combined efforts of our creative team (designers, devs, writers, strategists, and more).

Fixed-price credit quotes

We will confirm expected credit usage before work begins. This will only change if the scope of work changes.

WHAT AFFECTS CREDIT COST:

The credit estimate for any task depends on several factors.

Most requests fall within predictable ranges, but some projects may require a custom estimate depending on scope.

Factors include:

  • The complexity of the request
  • Whether strategy or planning is required
  • The length or scale of the content
  • How familiar we are with your brand voice
  • Whether brand guidelines or templates already exist
  • The number of revisions required
  • Whether the work requires a fast turnaround

MONTHLY CREDITS FAQs

We’ve answered the most commonly asked questions about monthly credits below – if you have any further queries, just ask!

Credit Usage

null
How many credits do I need?

The number of credits you need depends on the type and volume of marketing support you’re looking for. Smaller, ongoing tasks may only require a few credits each month, while larger projects or more strategic work will require more.

If you’re unsure, we can recommend a starting point based on your goals and expected usage – and you can always bolt on more if you need them.

null
Can I bolt on extra credits if I need more?

Yes — if you need additional support in a given month, you can request extra credits.

We’ll always confirm the scope and credit requirement before starting any additional work, so you stay in control of usage.

null
Do credits roll over if I don't use them?

Yes, there is some rollover opportunity (for example, if you need to borrow 2 credits from the following month, or build up a few for a big project next month).

However, ultimately credits are designed to be used within your monthly allocation to keep your marketing moving consistently. If you’re not using your full allowance, we’ll flag this and suggest ways to make better use of your credits. The whole point of monthly credits is to keep the marketing engine rolling – not start and stop it randomly, requiring a “cold start” every time.

Think of your marketing like a steam engine, steadily moving uphill. If you don’t keep shovelling coal into the engine, it will slow down and eventually come to a stop – and it’s much harder to start back up again. It’s the same with credits!

null
What if I don't have enough credits for the marketing item I need?

If a request requires more credits than you currently have available, we’ll let you know upfront.

You can then choose to:

  • use future credits
  • add additional credits
  • or break the work into smaller stages

We’ll always work with you to find the most practical approach.
